    Whistler, BC (Feb 21/24) – Early yesterday, Tuesday morning, after a courageous but short battle with cancer… N&J lost their beautiful friend Vicki Romanin.     Whistler, BC (Oct 24/20) – It is with great sadness to announce that J’s big sister Wendy, after a short hospital stay, passed away quietly in Langley Memorial Hospital early morning, Saturday October 17, 2020… Wendy, forever the social butterfly, the ultimate organizer, the best friend of many, an amazing aunt, cousin, daughter & a loving sister will be greatly missed by all who knew her. After working a lifetime in the financial services sector, Wendy retired into a more relaxed existence living in the Surrey/Langley area where she continued to dote on her ‘assumed’ children (the nieces, nephews & their children).     Vancouver, BC (Nov 29/13)  –  It is incredible to think of the endless possibilities of chance that dot our lives along the ‘road of life’. During their 15,000 km journey N&J amazingly had ‘lady luck’ or ‘good karma’ following wherever they went. Yes, a few mechanical problems cropped up from time to time, nothing insurmountable, never jeopardizing our safety & security. Always careful when on the road, both keeping watch for hazards or errant drivers. Yesterday ‘life’ was altered, never to be the same.
