    Whistler, BC (Oct 01/23) – Ahhhh!!!! The spectacle of summer… hot sun, warm breezes, picnics, BBQing, swimming, camping, paddling, basking in it all. Traveling our vast province of British Columbia comes with many attractions… mountains, valleys, rivers, lakes, oceans. But the one thing that attracts more people (and animals) than anything else, always connecting land & water, it can be found everywhere… it is the beach.     “Wild Wet Coast” by N&J

    Qualicum Beach, BC (May 22/22) – Time slows down and the calmness of ‘just being’ takes over pretty quickly while on the road in Hobbes. Modern comforts and connection with the World are within a finger tip of reach but are as far removed from the mind when one is ‘within, and present’. After a most restful sleep at Miracle Beach Provincial Park, this trio (NJ & Jesse) headed south on Vancouver Island enroute to the West Coast.     “See Cruise” by N&J.

    Vancouver, BC (Nov 21/13)  –  Itchy feet, ants in their pants… call it what you like, but N&J really needed to get away from the big city (yeah have only been back a couple weeks). So pack up Emily (N’s mom’s dog), revved up the newly rejuvenated Gizmo and took a ferry for Vancouver Island to visit N’s aunts. The Giz, after doing 15,000 km needed some extra care & attention; seems like a rock smashed the fuel expansion tank located in the passenger wheel well allowing water & debris to pollute the tank and clog the gas filter. Problem resolved, Gizmo has lots of get up and go now!!!…
